Everyone at Key Forensic Services is immensely proud of our new website. A lot of hard work and dedication has gone into crafting a website that we believe will better serve and support our highly-valued customers, and one that is brimming with quality.

Our old website needed a facelift. It was tired and stagnant, and didn’t convey us in a way that our own standards demand, let alone meet our customers’ expectations.

This new website is better in every way, and it properly reflects who Key Forensic Services are, what we are about, what we aim to deliver. In essence, what makes us tick.

It shows we’re very much alive and kicking, that we’re on top of our game, that we aim to be the go-to company for everyone’s forensic needs. Above all, it provides reassurance to our customers that we are here to do the very best for them.

But how does a website do that? The design is cleaner, slicker and more user-friendly and it’s significantly more responsive than our previous version.

But it’s in the content, too. To understand that better, firstly you have to bear in mind our company ethos, which is to “provide professional, independent and objective scientific expertise in support of justice, and to demonstrate the principles of forensic science integrity, transparency, logic and robustness in every facet of our business in order to become the preferred forensic science provider in the UK”.

That is the core message you will find throughout our website. We are about integrity. We are about trust.

Key Forensic Services pride ourselves on maintaining those high standards, of delivering the highest-quality service we can. One of the ways we can do that is by providing our customers with as much information as possible through our new website.

Our staff at Key Forensic Services have worked on some of the biggest, most high-profile cases in the country. We’re proud and honoured to carry out that work, to do everything we can to help, to get results. And we hope that shines through in our new website.

We want to be the provider of choice. To do that, we needed a website that ably promotes our core values. And we believe we’ve achieved that with what you see today.
