HR Director Janet Hulme will represent Key Forensic Services at the Engagement Excellence Summit on Wednesday, March 10.

Janet, who has been a HR generalist for more than 20 years, has been invited to talk about how the introduction of an employee intranet has enabled KFS to communicate with and motivate a hybrid workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With more businesses enabling parts of their workforce to work from home on a longer-term basis, Janet will talk to Pippa Van Praagh, the Head of Product Adoption at Summit hosts and engagement specialists Reward Gateway, to share some of the communication strategies and initiatives that have brought a hybrid workforce together at KFS to create a unified culture and purpose.
