KFS HR Director Janet Hulme to talk at Engagement Excellence Summit
HR Director Janet Hulme will represent Key Forensic Services at the Engagement Excellence Summit on Wednesday, March 10.
Janet, who has been a HR generalist for more than 20 years, has been invited to talk about how the introduction of an employee intranet has enabled KFS to communicate with and motivate a hybrid workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic.
With more businesses enabling parts of their workforce to work from home on a longer-term basis, Janet will talk to Pippa Van Praagh, the Head of Product Adoption at Summit hosts and engagement specialists Reward Gateway, to share some of the communication strategies and initiatives that have brought a hybrid workforce together at KFS to create a unified culture and purpose.
Janet is passionate about making the employee experience the best it can be in order to retain the abundance of talent KFS already has, while being able to attract new people into a growing organisation.
An enviable track record in HR
With an enviable track record in HR, having also worked in the travel and tourism, retail, utilities and hospitality industries, Janet has been with KFS for the last 18 months.
During the past 12 months, Janet has introduced a new HR information system at KFS in conjunction with an employee discount scheme, as well as car benefit, cycle to work, employee recognition and employee of the month schemes, and the recently-launched long service awards – all while steering the company and its employees safely through the COVID pandemic.
The Engagement Excellence Summit will bring together thousands of HR Heroes to learn and share their best secrets for motivating, supporting and engaging their people, and how many companies, including KFS, are leading the way in employee engagement.
