Key Forensic Services want our customers to feel in complete control throughout their time with us. We pride ourselves on an open and honest approach to customer service, and the primary objective of our account managers is to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers, based on exemplary service.

We manage every aspect of the day-to-day customer relationship, and our Forensic Services Account Managers will regularly meet with our customers to review performance and identify future partnership opportunities.

Account Managers will be right there beside you during the implementation of a new contract, giving our customers the support and guidance they need to ensure a seamless transition.

Going forward, we will provide a thorough contract review service to all our customers, meeting regularly to review performance, providing advice and support for any additional services.
Within our commercial team, the governance of our contractual obligations is regularly reviewed and scrutinised to ensure we are exceeding our customers’ expectations wherever possible.

Training & Consultancy

KFS is always willing to support customers on a non-contracted arrangement, provide training and consultancy to support customer initiatives and develop strategic partnerships.
