We offer a specialist forensic logistics service, which includes a custom collection and delivery service to all customers in the UK, providing our customers with valuable peace of mind and reassurance that their exhibits are in good hands.
Our in-house logistics service gives us a unique advantage over our competitors, enabling us to have full control over recruitment of staff, training and security, and our team of experienced, fully trained drivers are security cleared to a recognised national standard.
We pride ourselves on the exceptional service we provide. All our drivers undergo a rigorous, quality controlled, training programme to ensure they operate to our high standards, covering areas such as traffic law, vehicle maintenance, firearms handling, transportation of hazardous material, environmental impact workshops, manual handling and health & safety, ensuring accuracy and chain of evidence continuity throughout the collection and delivery process.
We are also proud to have been awarded, and to maintain, certification to the 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standard. Our logistics team works tirelessly to increase efficiency across the fleet and reduce our carbon footprint.
All our fleet vehicles are equipped with temperature-controlled storage and secure firearms cabinets, for the correct and safe transportation of all types of submissions.
They are also GPS tracked and monitored from a central location to ensure the security of contents and the safety of the driver, which means we know exactly where each van is at any time, giving us the ability to react quickly at short notice to urgent collection requests from almost anywhere in the country.

- Internal logistics within police forces for the inter-transfer of forensic submissions
- Bespoke service designed to meet individual customer requirements
- All our drivers across our three sites are NPPV3 PLUS SC security cleared and are permanently employed by KFS
- All drivers have a ‘Panic Button App’ on their company mobile phones which, when activated, immediately notifies key people within the organisation of the
- GPS location of the driver and that they may be under duress. This information is then acted upon accordingly
- Due to the nature of our business and the type of cargo our vans carry, we have priority response breakdown cover, which ensures that, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, our vehicles are repaired or relayed back to base with minimal delay, and exposure to risk is reduced
