Key Forensic Services is proud to support the fight against wildlife crime through forensic science.

And we were thrilled to attend the inaugural National Network of Wildlife CSIs Conference, which was hosted by Hertfordshire Constabulary last week and which brought together professionals working across wildlife crime investigation.

Our experienced Reporting Manager, Penny Griffiths, presented a talk on fibres and the applications of such work within wildlife crime.

It was a valuable opportunity for CSIs across the country to learn more about niche evidence types that they may not have been aware were available to them.

The programme of events also included a presentation from Denise Syndercombe-Court of DNA@KCL, adding further valuable insight and expertise to the day’s discussions.

KFS was also delighted to team up with DNA@Kings to jointly sponsor lunch, providing a well-earned opportunity to refuel, catch up and continue the conversations.

KFS looks forward to continuing to support those working to investigate and tackle wildlife crime.
